Things I've learned that will still matter in 10 years
Chill chill chill, half the time the things I worry about are self-imposed, don’t make your own hell
Be conscious of the thoughts running through your head, find patterns, you’ll be surprised I think
Judgmental/mean people typically have something they’re going through, don’t let it bother you
Treat others the way you want to be treated
Don’t judge others but don’t be naive, look at the log in your own eye before the speck in others
Breathe and put down your phone, look at a cloud or a bug
